Listed thatched barn - Norfolk

The owners of this Grade II listed barn required advice on improving energy efficency and reducing running costs.  We provided guidance on how to acheive this without impacting on the historic character of their property.


Kimberley Hall - Norfolk

We obtained Listed Building Consent for work on this Grade II* listed hall which included conversion of a number of bedrooms to en-suite bathrooms.  The Hall now offers additional accommodation to wedding guests and corporate users.


Water Tower Conversion - Norfolk

We were originally appointed to carry out a Level 1 Historic Building Recording for this Grade II listed former water tower which had already received Listed Building Consent for conversion to a private dwelling.  Since then we have been appointed to develop the approved plans to suit their own needs.  A new Listed Building Consent application, which will include a new Heritage Statement and Heritage Impact Assessment is currently being prepared.


Glasshouse replacement - North Norfolk

Proposals for a replacement glasshouse and new utility extension for this Grade II listed farmhouse.


A new opening is proposed from the main house to make the spaces suitable for modern family living.
