The brief for this outstanding Grade II listed property was for a kitchen and dining extension as well as internal reordering across three floors.

A contemporary design was suggested whilst specifying traditional materials.  This ensured that the new addition did not detract from nor disrespect the existing building.

The extension is located close to a wonderful old ice house which offers some added drama to what is already an exciting proposal.
