Water tower conversion
Norfolk
We were originally appointed to carry out a Level 1 Historic Building Recording for this wonderful Grade II listed former water tower which had already received Listed Building Consent for conversion to a private dwelling. Since then we have been appointed to develop the approved plans to suit the needs of the new owner. This included a review of the floor to ceiling heights to accommodate a six foot six family member!
A revised Listed Building Consent application, which includes a new Heritage Statement and Heritage Impact Assessment has recently been submitted. Work in line with the original consent has begun on site and the original water tank has been dismantled to make way for a light and airy fourth floor living space.
